What size do I need?

Wrap a measuring tape around your thigh, about 5.5 inches (14 cm) above your kneecap.

Runs slightly snug for better support.

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

S: 32–36 cm (12.6"–14.2")

M: 36–42 cm (14.2"–16.5")

Can I wear it all day?
